The Eden House assisted living facility and the Shepherd’s Gardens senior’s condominiums share a building and portions of an electrical distribution. The owner wished to separate metering of the Eden House portion of the building so it would receive a separate utility bill.
Juchli Engineering was engaged (through All-Type Electric) to investigate the existing electrical distribution and produce construction documents for the required changes. A relatively simple and cost effective solution was found.
